rarely recommend people but have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Owen as a competent and professional service engineer.
he is qualified in oil and gas but does my oil boiler.
He took over our servicing from an "old school"
service engineer who carefully chose to whom he would hand over the business. Andew has the same values as my previous
engineer and I value my relationship with Andrew .

A while ago you were
asking for recommendations of specialist oil engineers. At the time I had a new engineer, who had just taken over from
the guy I had used for many years, so he was an unknown quantity.
I would now love to tell your users about Andrew
Owen who did my annual service for the first time in January. I ran out of oil on the Saturday before Easter and was
without heat for 10 days. Andrew dropped everything and was with me within 20 minutes of my distress call requesting
help to bleed my boiler.
I do not think the service, humour and pleasant manner could be beaten, so THANK YOU Andrew!

the rescue of our boiler which appeared to have suddenly developed a horrendous 'smoking habit'.
Your methodical and comprehensive approach led to a successful diagnosis, requiring the interior of the boiler to be completely
